My therapy approach focuses on the whole person. I believe that when we feel emotionally, mentally, and physically healthy, and when we nurture our spirit, we can more effectively navigate difficult circumstances in our lives. When working with patients, I help them to explore their strengths and identify past successes that can be elicited to bring about positive changes in their life. In therapy, it is a collaborative process between me and my patient as we work together to find solutions to live an happy, healthy life.

How I stay healthy and happy
What keeps me happy and healthy is cycling, hiking, strength training, being near the ocean, spending time with friends and family
