I use a relational, holistic approach when working with my clients. I address the unique needs of each individual through insight, guidance, understanding, and support. I believe that significant change is possible for everyone, but for many, it is easy to get stuck, using the same approach to managing a personal issue or challenge, which ultimately perpetuates the problem. I help clients gain a new perspective, and offer strategies and techniques to affect positive change. Within each individual, I recognize and foster one's strengths, and utilize these attributes to enable my clients to confidently move forward in their lives.| |

How I stay healthy and happy
I strongly endorse work-life balance, so when and I'm not working, I enjoy connecting with friends and family, working out, being outdoors, traveling, and reading.||
