How I stay healthy and happy
To stay happy and healthy, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, spending time hiking and exploring the beautiful trails and forests in the Pacific Northwest, and listening to live music. I earned my masters degree as a family nurse practitioner from CSU Dominguez Hills and am board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
