I'm a Bay Area native who left home for over a decade to complete my medical training, with stops in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles along the way. Through the microbiology and public health classes I took in undergrad at Cal, I developed a deep appreciation for everything "bugs and drugs" related - this passion led me to pursue fellowship training in Infectious Disease after my Internal Medicine residency.

I currently practice HIV medicine, Infectious Disease and primary care in San Francisco. My approach to medicine is evidence-based and also deeply collaborative; I value taking the time to understand where patients are coming from, in order to optimize their health and wellbeing.

At home, you'll likely find me coaxing my small, shade-loving balcony garden to thrive, tackling DIY/ crafting projects, or indulging in a true crime documentary. Few things bring me more joy than creating a homemade baked good to share with family and friends - though spoiling my nephews and niece definitely tops this.
