Registered Nurse, a degree from a nursing program that includes a broad base of health education and support for patient care at many levels. At One Medical, RNs are a core part of our Virtual Medical Team, working with both patients and providers.
I use a whole-body, integrative medicine approach focused on listening to patient concerns to empower them to make the right health decisions. I especially enjoy working with patients who want to better manage stress and incorporate holistic self-care along with other prescribed remedies.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy spending time with my family and rescue pets, as well as taking rejuvenating long walks around the local lake.
