As a primary care physician for all ages, I see myself as a companion on a journey towards better physical, mental and emotional health. I strive to be holistic and collaborative in my approach. As a pediatrician, I am playful and meet kids and families where they are at, both when the children are very young and take cues from their family, and when they are coming into their own as young adults who are making health decisions for themselves. As a pcp to adults, I love getting to know my patients well in order to understand and support their health goals. I have special interest in pediatric care, womens’ health and mental health.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy reading, spending time outside, singing goofily with my children and playing with my dog.
