Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine, or DOs, are fully licensed and board-certified physicians who practice in all areas of medicine. DOs emphasize a whole-person approach to treatment and receive extra training in the musculoskeletal system called osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). DOs at One Medical typically practice in the field of family medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or internal medicine, and may also integrate OMT.
I strive to provide inclusive, whole-person care that empowers patients to take control of their health through a preventive care lens. By partnering with individuals on their journeys toward exercise and dietary changes, I aim to create a supportive environment that fosters well-being and vitality as people age. I am particularly passionate about all things Lifestyle Medicine, LGBTQ+ care, and women's health. My goal is to ensure that every patient feels valued and equipped to achieve their health and wellness aspirations.I am trained in Menopause care
How I stay healthy and happy
I love weight lifting, biking, running, hiking and camping - basically anything I can do outdoors with my wife and our 2 dogs. Otherwise, I am a sucker for pour over coffee and a good book.
