My goal is to provide my patients with the education and tools that they need to make informed decisions regarding their health and wellness. I like to collaborate with my patients to develop an individualized plan of care that meets their specific goals and needs. In doing so, I strive to promote life-long, positive changes in people, families, and communities. I learn as much from my patients as they do from me. I am privileged to work with people of all ages and from all cultures and backgrounds.
How I stay healthy and happy
I love to travel and learn about the places I visit, especially the cuisine. I like to spend my free time outdoors, hiking, kayaking, or taking a long walk in the city.
