My clinical interests include preventive health care, women's health, and diabetes. How I stay healthy and happy
I love to practice yoga and recently became a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200). I strongly believe in the mind and body connection which can be strengthened through the practice of yoga. I also love to cook, read, and hike in the Bay Area.
