Nurse Practitioner, an advanced practice degree for primary care providers who complete master’s-level training and board certification and who practice medicine independently. Related degrees include ANP (Adult Nurse Practitioner), FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner), WHNP (Women's Health Nurse Practitioner), and APNP (Advance Practice Nurse Practitioner).
I believe healthcare should feel like a partnership—practical, supportive, and tailored to each person’s life. My approach is grounded in evidence-based medicine, with a focus on education, prevention, and empowering patients to feel confident in their health decisions. I entered medicine to be part of the solution—not just treating illness, but preventing it too.
I’m an AANP board-certified Nurse Practitioner (she/her) with clinical interests in depression and anxiety, women’s health, and caring for BIPOC communities. I am also pursuing advanced certification as a Menopause Society–Certified Provider to further support patients through all stages of midlife and menopause.
