I specialize in LGBTQ+ health, I strive to create an environment of compassion, respect, and empowerment, one where every patient feels seen, supported, and confident in their care decisions. My approach is firmly rooted in trauma-informed, body-positive care, driven by a passionate commitment to health equity and inclusion. I seek to meet patients where they are, celebrate health at every weight, and respect diverse identities, all while building strong, supportive relationships that promote enduring wellbeing.
How I stay healthy and happy
I stay healthy and happy by living with purpose in both my work and personal life. I enjoy exploring the city’s parks with my lab, Winnie, our walks are a daily reset that keep me grounded and grateful for small moments of calm amid a busy schedule. I also find joy in traveling whenever I can, whether it’s discovering a new neighborhood café or exploring another country, as it broadens my perspective and helps me return to my work with renewed energy. My work centers on providing individualized, affirming care that honors each person’s lived experience. I offer comprehensive services including HIV prevention through pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), HIV management, and gender-affirming care for transgender and nonbinary individuals at all stages of transition.
