Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine, or DOs, are fully licensed and board-certified physicians who practice in all areas of medicine. DOs emphasize a whole-person approach to treatment and receive extra training in the musculoskeletal system called osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). DOs at One Medical typically practice in the field of family medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or internal medicine, and may also integrate OMT.
My approach to medicine is centered around listening carefully, understanding the whole person, and helping patients feel genuinely supported in their healthcare journey. As an osteopathic physician, I value combining evidence based medicine with a thoughtful, personalized approach to care. I aim to help patients better understand their health and address the root causes of illness whenever possible and improve their overall quality of life. I enjoy building long term relationships with patients of all ages and creating realistic, personalized care plans together. My additional training in Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine has also given me a special interest in musculoskeletal health, mobility, and hands-on treatment when appropriate.
Outside of medicine I enjoy martial arts, fitness, gardening, and traveling with my family.
