Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine, or DOs, are fully licensed and board-certified physicians who practice in all areas of medicine. DOs emphasize a whole-person approach to treatment and receive extra training in the musculoskeletal system called osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). DOs at One Medical typically practice in the field of family medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or internal medicine, and may also integrate OMT.
I believe primary care works best when it’s grounded in trust, collaboration, and compassion. My goal is to create a welcoming space where patients feel seen, heard, and supported—especially those from communities that have historically been overlooked in healthcare. I have a special interest in LGBTQIA+ health, lifestyle medicine, and preventive care, and I bring a background in public health and medical education to my practice. I’m passionate about health equity and advocacy, and I work to empower patients with the information and support they need to make decisions that feel right for them. Whether we're managing a chronic condition or navigating everyday wellness, I want my patients to feel like they are part of the team, actively involved and supported every step of the way.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy spending quality time with loved ones, trying new restaurants around the city, and hosting dinner parties. There's nothing better than good food and good company! I also enjoy aquascaping in my free time and trying to befriend every dog I possibly can in NYC until I get my own!
