I believe healthcare is best delivered via open communications. Through active listening and shared decision-making, we can form goals that are both achievable and meaningful to an individual for that moment in time. My favorite part about primary care is the continuity of care, getting to know my patients and individualizing their healthcare plan. I want to help my patients maintain and improve their health both physically and mentally. I am passionate about preventative medicine and am a strong advocate for vaccines.
As a new mother, my daughter is my ultimate source of joy. When I have free time, I enjoy cooking international cuisines, making home-brew beer and kombucha. I also love hiking, and traveling. My favorite destinations are Japan and Thailand.
