My motivating force behind my nursing practice is advocating for patients in their pursuit of optimal health. I am inspired by the resilience, goals, and life experiences that each person has to share and I recognize the opportunity I have to empower each person to achieve their fullest potential by providing individualized care. I lead by fostering a holistic, nurturing, healing environment and advocating for the resources that each patient needs to be the best version of themselves in and beyond their visit.
