I believe in caring for you as a whole person — not just your symptoms. That means shared decision making, clear and honest communication, respect for your values and life situation, and using treatments backed by evidence. I’m here to listen, partner with you, and support you in getting the best possible care.
How I stay healthy and happy
I believe balance is the key to life. I love exploring new places—whether that's neighborhoods, states, or countries. Good food is my passion, and sharing meals with family and friends brings me joy and connection. Outside of work, you’ll often find me lost in a good book, honing my bowling skills, attending a sports event, or trying my hand at painting, sewing or crocheting.
