As a client-centered practitioner, I aim to meet every person where they are and take into account their physical, emotional, and spiritual health. I use an integrative approach tailored specifically to clients’ needs and strive to empower them on their path of healing. I value collaboration in the therapeutic relationship and believe this supports meaningful personal growth and self-discovery. Using a trauma informed lens, I incorporate various evidence-based modalities including EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing), compassion-focused CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and mindfulness. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma and adjustments to changes in life circumstances.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy spending time with my dogs, hiking, reading, listening to podcasts and walks on the beach.
