Pablo Borceguin, DPT

As a practicing physical therapist, my experience is in sports and orthopedics with a touch of neurological pathologies. From Olympic athletes all the way to 100+ year olds, I have ample experience. The mind and body cannot be treated separately; they work together to provide physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. That being said, a holistic approach to medicine is my approach to treatment.

How I stay healthy and happy
If I am not at work, I am either training for my next triathlon, marathon, or pentathlon competition. I've completed a half or full marathon in European and Asian countries, completed a full iron-man race (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride, and 26.2 mile swim), and completed in the qualify rounds for the Olympic Pentathlon. Additionally, weekend trips with friends and spending time with my nieces and nephews helps keep me grounded to the most important values: family and spending time with loved ones. Lastly, What is life without experience? Traveling to various countries and experiencing nature and culture is a passion of mine. Seeing the world from a different perspective in a different country and culture is fascinating to me!
