Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine, or DOs, are fully licensed and board-certified physicians who practice in all areas of medicine. DOs emphasize a whole-person approach to treatment and receive extra training in the musculoskeletal system called osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). DOs at One Medical typically practice in the field of family medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or internal medicine, and may also integrate OMT.
I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, providing evidence-based care across my patient's lifespan. I approach health holistically, supporting the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of each patient. My goal is to create an inclusive, open, and welcoming environment where all patients feel seen and supported. My special clinical interests include nutrition, LGBTQ+ care, weight-inclusive care, adolescent and young adult health, women’s health, and sexual wellness. I also enjoy caring for women’s specialized health needs as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. My general health philosophy centers on balance and sustainability. I often encourage patients to aim for an "80/20" approach to wellness—focusing on nourishment, movement, and mental well-being most of the time, while also making space for flexibility and joy. I believe in personalized, realistic health goals that support long-term vitality and reduce the risk of injury or burnout.
What makes me the happiest is spending time with my beautiful family and exploring all that Austin has to offer.
