My therapeutic style is collaborative, sensitive, and warm and I will work with you to bring about change that is sustainable and lasting. I utilized an integrative approach, combining strategies from cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic therapies. I offer treatment to address a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, ADHD, and family conflict.
