Hello! My name is Nicole Slade and I am part of the senior health team. I have been a nurse for the last 14 years and a nurse practitioner for the last 8 years. I have practiced in a variety of settings, and I most loved my experiences in internal medicine and pain management. Caring for people who have decreased access to medical services is one of the most fulfilling pieces of my life.

How I stay healthy and happy
I love yoga, outdoor hikes, traveling, spending time with my family, playing with my two dogs (Labrador retrievers), and watching my children do what they love.
