I'm a licensed clinical psychologist and behavioral health provider on the Mindset team, and I’m here to offer you an empathic and patient approach to therapy. I believe the therapeutic relationship is unique, and my role is to be a supportive, skilled listener while collaborating with you on your treatment decisions. Initially, we’ll focus on immediate symptom reduction, ensuring you feel understood and heard. Before joining this virtual role, I served as an on-site psychologist and Office Medical Director @ Google One Medical wellness. I’ve also supervised Ph.D. students at Palo Alto University and taught undergraduate psychology. Currently, I’m proud to be the Virtual Mental Health Director for Mindset SF Bay and an ally to the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. Together, we will work toward your mental health goals in a supportive and inclusive environment.

How I stay healthy and happy
My kids enlighten me with Gen Alpha slang, and my cats, husband, and SNL entertain me. My teenage daughter is learning to drive thus to balance out existential anxiety, I garden.
