How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy the lifelong pursuit of self-improvement and learning. I find joy in traveling, learning languages, and experiencing nature. I take pleasure in the challenges of triathlon endurance training (swimming, biking, running), yoga, and weightlifting, as well as the regenerative activities of aquascaping, attending live music events, and crochet.
