Nicholas Cohen, MD
New York
Doctor of Medicine, a common medical school degree for physicians. MDs at One Medical typically specialize in family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics or pediatrics.
I help patients take control of their long-term health with one goal in mind: longevity—not just living longer, but living better. I’m dual board-certified in family medicine and lifestyle medicine, and I take a proactive, evidence-based approach to preventing disease, extending healthspan, and improving your day-to-day energy. In every visit, I take a deep dive into your whole health so we can identify what’s working and where we can improve. You’ll leave each visit with a personalized lifestyle prescription: clear, practical recommendations to support your long-term vitality and help you feel your best now.
How I stay healthy and happy
I'm passionate about a lifestyle approach to longevity—and I practice what I preach. For me, that means moving my body every day, making time to journal and meditate, and protecting my sleep like it's medicine. Cooking is one of my favorite ways to unwind and recharge. I also believe in the power of connection and community. I make time for the people I care about, volunteer locally, and never miss a chance to soak up the arts and culture of New York City. Weekends often find me outside climbing, hiking, or cycling.
