I believe that everyone starts at different stages in understanding their own health, each client should be met where they are individually, and that a personalized treatment plan should be made for each person. No two people are the same. Small changes can create big effects.
How I stay healthy and happy
My husband and I have recently signed up for meal delivery. We have been learning to cook healthy delicious meals and stop eating out at restaurants. We have found that we really enjoy cooking together. I like to take walks; we live in FL and have passes to Disney. We try to go at least once a month. I enjoy spending time with my furbabies. I have 3 cats and 2 Frenchies. I also enjoy swimming, going to the beach, kayaking, and listening to live music
