About Nathaniel
Nate Madsen enjoys the excitement of primary care because he has the opportunity to see a multitude of patients and treat a variety of conditions. He believes One Medical affords him the opportunity to spend time with patients and develop working partnerships with them. With five years of emergency medicine work under his belt, Nate invokes a straightforward attitude with patients, and believes good listening skills and honesty are the most important attributes in his practice. In addition to lifestyle modification, men’s health, and preventive education, Nate is particularly interested in sports medicine, complex conditions, infectious diseases, and simple procedures.
When he’s not working, Nate stays fit hiking, biking, and training for triathlons. He served as a faculty member at George Washington University and Howard University, and is certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physicians Assistants. Nate earned his degrees in English and Biology from the University of Wisconsin and attended Arcadia University to earn Master of Medical Science and Master of Public Health degrees.
