As a strengths-based, culturally sensitive practitioner, I aim to empower clients on the healing path to well-being. During sessions, I guide clients with practical, evidence-based skills to promote strategies to break unhealthy patterns and cycles, including addiction. Many of my favorite influences come from neuroscience, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), sensorimotor, compassion-based CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and mindfulness.
While I work with a wide range of people and issues, I have special expertise in: Anxiety & Panic, Couples/Relationship Issues, Neurodivergence - ADHD, Autism, Substance Use & Misuse, Trauma & PTSD
