My goal is to help people of all ages find what works for them to live their best life. I take an osteopathic approach with my patients, making sure I treat the whole person with a focus on preventive care. As a certified functional medicine practitioner, I provide personalized and integrative healthcare which involves understanding the prevention, management, and root causes of complex chronic disease. I also incorporate exercise and nutrition into my treatment plans, using my expert knowledge and skills in the field of sports medicine.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy knitting, cooking, teaching, and spending time with my family. I’m a certified yoga teacher, and I also volunteer with the Medical Reserve Corps of OR.
