To stay healthy, Michele exercises every morning (usually yoga or cardio), meditates, says affirmations for a happy and healthy life, and journals her progress. She earned her physician assistant master’s degree from Duke University Medical Center. She’s board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Other languages spoken: Some Spanish (can conduct several exams in Spanish)
