Doctor of Medicine, a common medical school degree for physicians. MDs at One Medical typically specialize in family medicine, internal medicine, or pediatrics.
My holistic approach to medicine is rooted in the belief that finding joy in one's life is the most essential step to achieving good health. I partner with patients to create behavior changes that help them reduce stress and find their happiest and healthiest selves, taking into account their biological, psychological, and social well-being. My interests include managing acute illnesses and injuries, with a strong interest in sports medicine. Whether you’re training for the Olympics or your first 5K, I enjoy working with athletes of all levels to help them achieve their fitness goals.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy strength training, playing basketball, and dancing, but my favorite activity is running after my two kids. I’m a passionate advocate for public health and policy changes to improve the health of my community. Outside of One Medical, I serve on the board of directors and I’m the legislative chair for the Massachusetts Academy of Family Physicians in which I collaborate with legislators to improve the health of at need communities in Massachusetts.
