Michael's holistic approach to medicine is rooted in the belief that finding joy in one's life is the most essential step to achieving good health. Michael partners with patients to create behavior changes that help them reduce stress and find their happiest and healthiest selves, taking into account their biological, psychological, and social well-being. He's also skilled at managing acute illnesses and injuries, with a strong interest in sports medicine. To stay fit, Michael enjoys strength training, playing basketball, and dancing-but his favorite activity is running after his two kids. He's a passionate advocate for public health and policy changes to improve the health of his community. Michael graduated from University of Massachusetts Medical school before completing a family medicine residency at Boston University Medical Center. He's board certified in Family Medicine.
