Doctor of Medicine, a common medical school degree for physicians. MDs at One Medical typically specialize in family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics or pediatrics.
I strive to provide inclusive, whole-person, and evidence-based care incorporating an individual's own values and goals together as a partnership to advance health and promote wellness. I believe that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, and will be an advocate to ensure that appropriate vaccinations, health screenings, chronic disease management, and coordination of care all help to meet that goal. I care for all ages, with a particular interest in LGBTQ+ health, and enjoy working with individuals of all cultural backgrounds.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy Tenkara (Japanese style fly fishing), backpacking in the Sierras, skiing, sailing, and attending live music events.
