Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine, or DOs, are fully licensed and board-certified physicians who practice in all areas of medicine. DOs emphasize a whole-person approach to treatment and receive extra training in the musculoskeletal system called osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). DOs at One Medical typically practice in the field of family medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or internal medicine, and may also integrate OMT.
I am a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician with a special interest in Lifestyle and Integrative Medicine. I strive to understand each patient’s life beyond their health history, so we can create personalized care plans that fit seamlessly into their daily routines. I earned my medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and hold a Master of Public Health from the CUNY School of Public Health. During medical school, I worked on The Dr. Oz Show, covering COVID-19 and other medical and public health topics. I also have a background in the arts, with a BFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, which has shaped my approach to communication and connection in medicine.
How I stay healthy and happy
Outside of work, I enjoy theater (both as an audience member and writer), exploring the city, learning new things, farmers markets and cheering on the New York Mets.
