Nurse Practitioner, an advanced practice degree for primary care providers who complete master’s-level training and board certification and who practice medicine independently. Related degrees include ANP (Adult Nurse Practitioner), FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner), WHNP (Women's Health Nurse Practitioner), and APNP (Advance Practice Nurse Practitioner).
I love to promote open communication with my patients in an effort to learn as much as I can about who they are as individuals. By taking into consideration the details of their lives, I feel I can provide a more holistic approach to patient care, thereby leading to better treatment outcomes. I am especially passionate about supporting our LGBTQIA+ community members and ensuring that they have access to safe, non-judgmental healthcare.
How I stay healthy and happy
Yoga, hiking & camping (exploring the great outdoors), gardening, spending time with my dogs (dog mom), creating memories with friends & family, enjoying culinary delights (total foodie)
