How I stay healthy and happy
In my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga, which helps me find balance and mindfulness. I love exploring the stunning trails of the Pacific Northwest, soaking in nature's beauty. Music is a big passion of mine; I appreciate all genres. Most importantly, I cherish being goofy and silly with my two kids and husband, creating joyful memories together that keep our family spirit vibrant and strong.
