Registered Nurse, a degree from a nursing program that includes a broad base of health education and support for patient care at many levels. At One Medical, RNs are a core part of our Virtual Medical Team, working with both patients and providers.
I’m a happy, free-spirited human that finds the most joy in helping others. I practice medicine by taking a holistic approach in understanding patient's healthcare needs. I have an extensive background in infant, child, and adolescent care. I’m also very passionate when it comes to integrative medicine. I thrive in teaching others about their health and diagnosis, while supporting them through their journey. I find active listening and empathy to be crucial in nursing care.
How I stay healthy and happy
I am the proud cat-mom of a fluffy calico who never leaves my side. I enjoy walking around town and exploring different shops and restaurants along the way. I am a part of a rowing gym to get my cardio in, and raise a ton of plant babies to de-stress! I love spending time with my family, especially my niece. I love snowboarding and cozying up by the fire in the winter, and in the summer, you’ll find me by the water.
