Physician Assistant, an advanced practice degree for primary care providers who undergo extensive practical training and board certification, and are licensed to practice medicine including the full range of diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.
In my many years working throughout NYC, I have learned something simple -- listening with compassion, medical knowledge and humanity is still a most valuable skill. Patients know their bodies best, and the information they provide is vital and when streamlined through a thorough medical exam, it provides optimal medical care. My style is direct, compassionate, and my approach comprehensive and holistic. I strive to educate my patients to empower them to navigate the complexities of illness and play an active role in their care. My areas of interest are integrative nutrition, allergies, diabetes, hypertension, gastritis/GERD (heartburn), bone health, preventive health, health education, pharmacology.
How I stay healthy and happy
I enjoy hiking, walks with my dog on the beach and gardening.
