My goal is to empower to my patients so that they understand their health and health goals so they can make the choices best suited for them. I understand that each person is unique and that they have diverse cultural backgrounds, so I strive to actively listen and understand the wellness goals that are important to them. I’m dedicated to providing compassionate and individualized care by providing patient education and practicing evidence-based medicine.

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I like to stay active by exercising, running, biking, and traveling. My relaxing time includes reading, cooking, and gaming.
