DOs emphasize a whole-person approach to treatment and receive extra training in the musculoskeletal system called osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). DOs at One Medical typically practice in the field of family medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, or internal medicine, and may also integrate OMT.
Dr. Mark Deem is a bord certified family physician with over 20 yers of experience providing compassionate primary care to seniors. He has a special interest in perventive medicine, chronic disease management (such as diabetes and hyspertension). he is passionate about building long-term relationships with patients and empowering them to make informed decisionas about their health. He earned his medical degree from Kansas City University's College of Osteopathic Medicine. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, reading and biking.
