Related degrees include ANP (Adult Nurse Practitioner), FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner), WHNP (Women's Health Nurse Practitioner), and APNP (Advance Practice Nurse Practitioner).
My mission is to build strong partnerships with patients, working together to make the best health choices that support their personal goals of well-being. I take time to get to know each person, understand their motivations, challenges, and cultural background, and help guide them toward a more holistic and comprehensive approach to care. My focus includes preventive health, managing acute and chronic conditions, supporting mental health, and providing reproductive health services such as IUD insertion and removal. I am also pursuing advanced certification as a Menopause Society–Certified Provider to further support patients through all stages of midlife and menopause with compassionate, evidence-based care.
I stay healthy and happy by spending time with my family, traveling, learning new things, cooking, trying new types of food, and spending time outdoors.
