How I stay healthy and happy
I believe, I am innately a happy, optimistic, positive thinker and grateful for every day. To maintain this state I have to get 8 hours of sleep, time to meditate and worship, walk daily and eat a healthy diet. I love my family and friends and getting together for fun times. My favorite thing to do is downhill skiing in light, fluffy powder.
