I believe that staying healthy is a key foundation of a fulfilling and vibrant life. That’s why I’m passionate about supporting patients in reaching their health goals through a holistic mind-body-spirit approach. I am dedicated to helping patients understand that proper nutrition, regular exercise, rest and stress management are investments in their happiness and overall quality of life. When illness does occur, I partner with patients to help them make informed decisions about treatment, management and recovery so they can return to a life of vitality and balance.
How I stay healthy and happy
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, working on home projects and organization, running, practicing on Duolingo and reading medical articles to stay informed about some of the updates in the field.
