I'm a board-certified health and wellness coach, nutritionist, and lifestyle medicine practitioner. I believe self-healing is an art and a science, and I help patients lose weight, reverse diabetes, lower anxiety, and find a greater sense of fulfillment and control over their own lives. Using a multi-faceted approach, I support patients in accessing their intuition and learning how to become the architect of their longevity. I incorporate nutritional medicine, guided meditations, breathwork, and, above all, a sense of humor into each coaching session. I strongly believe in the healing powers of compassion and mindfulness. I've worked extensively with disordered eating patterns, body dysmorphia, obesity, anxiety, and addiction. The coaching process can ultimately teach patients how to transform the fear of dying into the joy of living, and I'm honored to be a part of each patient's journey.
