Having worked in diverse community settings, I am attuned to how different cultures perceive health, am fluent in Spanish and have an interest in helping people manage chronic health problems such as hypertension and diabetes. I believe in practicing preventative healthcare whenever possible and strive to make sure my patients are up to date on all the health measures that can ensure longevity and quality of life.

How I stay healthy and happy
I like to visit farmers markets for inspiration for healthy meals and commune with nature whenever I can through running, hiking and dog walking.
