About Leslie
I like caring and collaborating with patients holistically, taking into account mental and social factors, rather than just the symptoms of an illness. My aim is to help people meet their health, happiness and wellness goals by empowering them with current best medical practices. I like to get to know each person and have them be comfortable being honest with me. My approach to care is both naturopathic and holistic to help minimize risk and side effects for patients as much as possible. I consider stress reduction, exercise therapy, nutritious foods and psychotherapy as important as conventional medication. I like giving patients the option to choose their best approach for their health.
How I stay healthy and happy
I love cooking and making healthy alternatives to otherwise unhealthy foods. I enjoy meeting new people, trying out different cultural foods, traveling and making new memories with my family. I also love biking, swimming and skiing whenever possible.
