I am a clinician who really wants to get to know you. My goal is to help you gain insight, reduce stress, improve communication, deepen relationships, and improve your sleep, work-life balance, and your overall mental and physical wellbeing. I have worked with active duty military and veterans, those with high intensity jobs in tech, and those in high security sectors. I am trained in sleep improvement counseling and nutrition education to improve your sleep, and your mental and physical health. I have many years of experience partnering with clients facing complex medical diagnosis or disabilities, and I am also trained in faith based counseling.
