Lauren believes good medicine begins with relationships built through active listening. She empowers patients to take ownership of their health by educating them about their health issues and treatment options, making decisions together, and offering clear instructions for action and follow-up. She's especially passionate about preventive care, women's health, and helping people with severe acne.
To stay healthy, Lauren enjoys walks outdoors, eating healthy meals with her family, and cultivating friendships. Outside of work, she also spends time doing home improvement projects, volunteering at her church, and serving in the Navy Reserve. Lauren earned her master's degree from George Washington University. She's board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
