Nurse Practitioner, an advanced practice degree for primary care providers who complete master’s-level training and board certification and who practice medicine independently. I became a primary care provider because of my passion for preventative medicine. My approach to care is evidence-based, patient-centered, and emphasizes shared decision-making. My goal as a primary care provider is to empower patients to make the best decisions for themselves and their health. I am particularly interested in women's health, mental health, and preventive health. I have 8 years of experience working in the Emergency Department and am comfortable caring for individuals with diverse backgrounds and medical complaints.
How I stay healthy and happy
My health is my number one priority, love to stay active by strength training, running, and going on hikes. I love to travel and explore new places. My favorite hobby is being a foster mom to kittens.
