How I stay healthy and happy
I love endurance sports, particularly triathlons, and working to improve my swim, bike, and run always keeps the endorphins flowing. I love spending time with my husband, whom I married in a little front yard wedding during the COVID summer of 2020. Northern Wisconsin is my "happy place" and we try to sneak up there whenever we have the time to enjoy the peace and beauty of the lake.
