About Laura
Laura believes in thoroughly educating her patients because an educated patient is their own best advocate. She likes to let patients know what to expect during the course of their illness, the possible side effects of medicine, and the likely duration of their symptoms. She's especially passionate about urgent care issues.
To stay healthy, Laura maintains balance in her life, which includes volunteering at a local animal clinic, bicycling, walking, enjoying her family, and traveling. Outside of work, she also works as a volunteer paramedic, fosters animals, reads, enjoys movies with popcorn, spends time at the beach, and goes bowling. Laura earned her certificate in physician assistant studies from Anne Arundel Community College before getting her master's degree at St. Francis University. She also has a certificate of medical massage therapy from the Baltimore School of Massage. She's board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
