I believe in working together with my patients to help them reach their goals in a way that works for them and allows them to maintain long-term success. Specialized in sports and health psychology, I use a cognitive behavioral approach paired with neurology and physiology to align the body and the brain and provide patients with an evidence-based approach that allows patients to understand the biology of what they may be experiencing and how they can conquer any obstacles they may be facing.
